About the event

Taught by Childbirth Doula Symphonie Chanel. We will be exploring strength, flexibility, and relaxation to encourage more stability and balance in your body as a whole. Whether you are preparing for your birth or you have recently experienced birth, this practice allows space for embodying the beauty of your new and changing body in a safe and effective way for both you and your baby. If you are currently expecting or in your first-year post-partum year, this class is for you! No prior yoga experience is necessary. You may bring your own mat or borrow one of ours.

*** Sponsored in part by Jericho Community Medically Oriented gym. Class is $6 per person with your first class being free. Payments are collected at desk  at the time of class. MOG members and Priscilla Project clients are free to join. Our Mommie Village mommas are also free to join. Call us for more questions or more details.
