This class is great for women that are currently expecting or that are within their first year post-birth. Doctors permissions is recommended.

About the event
We will be exploring strength, flexibility, and relaxation to encourage more stability and balance in your body as a whole. Whether you are preparing for your birth or you have recently experienced birth, this practice allows space for embodying the beauty of your new and changing body in a safe and effective way for both you and your baby. If you are currently expecting or in your first-year post-partum year, this class is for you! No prior yoga experience is necessary. You may bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. Please 5-10 minutes early.
