Service Description

An energetic and fun way for children to participate in a mind and body practice that promotes their socioemotional development. This class will help them to move from their comfort zones into growth zones while staying safe in their own bodies and spaces. We sing, play, jump, talk, and embody to make this yoga class digestible and entertaining for our youth! They will love it, and maybe even teach you some fun and useful skills at home.

Cancellation

HSW's does not provide refunds, for classes, workshops, private sessions, or private services. However, clients who cancel their service with at least 24 hours' notice are allowed to reschedule. When scheduling a service, it is important to ensure that you will be available to attend the classes, workshop sessions, or use the membership within the designated time frame. In exceptional circumstances, HSW may consider providing a credit or discounted rate for future services.
