Chair Faire
This is where it's at for keeping it chill and accessible. Chair Faire lets you hit those yoga poses right from a chair, making it perfect for anyone, no matter their mobility or vibe. It’s all about gaining flexibility and strength but keeping it gentle.
Deep Yin
It’s all about sinking deep and letting go. Deep Yin’s long holds help you stretch out the deep tissues and chill the mind. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and get that deep, meditative vibe going.
Fluid Flow
Get your body moving with Fluid Flow, where it’s all about connecting breath with movement in a dance-like sequence. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned yogi, this class will keep your energy up and flowing.
Foundational Flow
Starting from scratch? No worries, Foundational Flow got you. This beginner Vinyasa will help you build your yoga foundation with basic poses and breathing techniques, all in a mad supportive environment
Hatha Roots
Hatha Roots is where you balance it all – mind, body, and spirit. This class focuses on nailing those alignments and building strength and flexibility, all while keeping it real with yourself.
Pilates Infused Flow
Yoga meets Pilates in Pilates Infused. Strengthen that core and stretch it out—it's all about balance and flow in one chill session.
Powerful Flow
Ready to turn up the heat on your own? Power-Full Yoga Flow brings the intensity without the extra heat. This class is a powerhouse workout that’ll have you sweating and pushing past boundaries in no time.
Breathe & Restore
Need a break to just breathe and let go? Peaceful Restorative’s got you. This class uses props to help you fully relax and restore both mind and body, perfect for when life’s just doing the most.
