Welcome to Her Sacred Way, where we specialize in providing tailored yoga services for women and girls from puberty through adulthood, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Our journey began in 2020 when our founder, Symphonie Chanel (CD)DONA, YTT-200, recognized the need for wellness offerings that acknowledge and cater to the unique physiological differences within women's bodies.

 

At Her Sacred Way, we believe that women deserve better treatment, education & access (T.E.A) around their reproductive health and wellness. The black maternal health crisis does not only impact women who are currently birthing, but all of us. This issue belongs to women. However, generic yoga classes often fail to address the ever-changing needs of women's bodies. That's why we're dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space where women can experience yoga and wellness options tailored to their specific stages of life. in the transformative power of yoga for women's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

 

Our vision is to empower black women to liberate themselves from alarming health statistics that currently jeopardize their well-being. We focus on fostering positive health and wellness outcomes while equipping women with mindfulness tools for daily life and safety.
